1. Custom Order Products:
  • All our products are exclusively crafted based on your custom specifications.
  • We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or accept returns for Custom Order Products until unless you have not received product which is damaged or not working at the time of delivery.   • If our team verifies that reported concerns are genuine we will provide you a replacement of that product as soon as possible, generally in 3-4 business days

  • Reporting Damages: Any damage or manufacturing problems should be reported at the time of parcel receipt.
  • Refund and Replacement Time frame: Refunds and replacements for eligible cases are generally processed within 2-3 working days. Replacement options are also available for qualifying situations.
Payment Failures:

In the case of payment failures, refunds will be processed automatically within 5-7 business days.
